Our Team

Buteo Photo Gear is developed, tested and supported by a team of around 22 people, based in Hoogeveen, the Netherlands.

Our product team is made up of nature and wildlife photographers who design and field-test every photo hide and camouflage product before it goes into the shop. Behind them is a fully in-house operation: warehouse and logistics staff who manage more than 5,000 products in stock, our own technical service for repairs and product support, and a customer service team who help you choose the right product or handle an order.

We also work closely with our ambassadors, a group of experienced nature and wildlife photographers who test our gear in the field across Europe and share their feedback directly with our product team.
