What means 'Hydrostatic Head'?
Hydrostatic Head (HH) measures a fabric’s waterproofness. The rating, given in millimeters, indicates the height of a water column required to penetrate the material. The higher the number, the more waterproof the fabric.

Which photo hide is right for me?
It depends on how you want to shoot: low to the ground (Falco), from a chair (chairhide), on the water (floating hide), or with more room for a full session (Buteo or Aquila). Our complete buying guide walks through each option based on how and where you shoot.

What is the difference between the Buteo, Aquila and Falco series?
The Buteo Mark III is our 1-person pop-up hide, the Aquila Mark III is our 2-person hide with more room, and the Falco series is our low-level range for photographing at ground level. All are pop-up, waterproof and available in multiple camouflage patterns.

Are your photo hides waterproof?
Yes. Our hides are made from 150D polyester with a waterproof coating, typically rated 2,500mm hydrostatic head (see the question above on what that means). For extra protection during longer sessions, an additional rain cover is available for most models.

What is your warranty and return policy?
All products come with a 24-month warranty. You also have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Full details are on our returns page.
